In October 2023, a customer in the Philippines purchased an ordinary cage from our company. By January 2024, they expanded their original chicken house to accommodate 20,000 birds and introduced H-type automation equipment. This investment was driven by the promising egg market, with a population of 117 million in the Philippines requiring approximately 100 million eggs daily.

The recent increase in egg prices by 30% further incentivized this investment, as the demand for eggs remains high. The customer recognized that with H-type fully automatic equipment, they could raise significantly more birds compared to traditional methods, doubling their income potential.

With automated feeding, watering, and egg collection systems, farm owners can focus on other operational aspects, leading to increased productivity and profitability. For instance, a farm with 30,000 laying hens using ordinary cages typically requires 8-9 workers, while an automated farm only needs 1-2 workers, drastically reducing labor costs and time.

OUKE recently completed a turnkey project for 30,000 layers in Lagos, Nigeria. Our African branch facilitated the installation and commissioning within one month, ensuring the farm manager was trained on equipment operation and maintenance. The customer expressed satisfaction with both the equipment quality and installation efficiency.

This project, located in Cameroon, features an integrated farm with a breeding capacity of 50,000 layers. The layout designed for the customer includes 4 rows and 5 tiers, with a house dimension of 94125 meters.
