Project Specifications
In 2024, a poultry farm in Nigeria successfully implemented a modern Deep Litter System for their Freedom Raising Chicken operation. The farm is designed with 5 houses, each capable of raising 20,000 broilers, aligning with sustainable and welfare-focused farming practices, providing a spacious and comfortable environment for the chickens to move freely.

Project Background and Scale
This project involves a turnkey solution for two buildings of poultry houses in Malaysia, designed to accommodate 80,000 broilers, with the customer planning to harvest birds at a weight of 2kg.
Integrated System Architecture
OUKE designed a traditional heavyweight steel structure poultry shed and supplied a full set of poultry equipment for this project:
Farm Feed Delivery System: Includes feed storage silo equipment and a conveying system to each poultry house.
Automatic Pan Feeder and Nipple Drinker Systems: Installed in each poultry house to meet the feeding and drinking needs of the birds.
Ventilation Program: Tailored to the client’s farming conditions, featuring 50″ box fans, controlled winching air inlet systems, and cooling systems.
