OUKE has successfully completed a significant project involving the implementation of a 20,000 pullet farm in Uganda. This project highlights our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, addressing previous challenges faced by the client with prior suppliers.
Project Background
The customer experienced issues with two previous purchases from other companies, which led to serious quality and design problems. During the third purchase, OUKE met all the customer's requirements, resolving previous issues and earning high praise.
Challenges Faced
Technical Specifications
- 📏Quality Issues: The first chicken cage purchased had severe rust problems due to inadequate surface treatment and low zinc coating.
- 📏Design Flaws: The second cage's design was problematic, with overlapping nets that caused manure accumulation, leading to health risks for the chickens.
Solutions Provided
In response to the customer's previous challenges, OUKE implemented the following solutions:
Rust Prevention: We utilized marine-grade cage mesh wire with a high zinc content of 275g/sq.m plus 10% aluminum, ensuring superior anti-corrosion properties. Our cages are designed to last over 25 years, significantly longer than traditional galvanized cages.
Customized Design: We provided a tailored cage frame solution that prevents overlapping nets, ensuring proper manure disposal and better ventilation, which reduces ammonia levels and improves chicken health.
