100,000 Modern Broiler Farm in Nigeria
In 2024, a poultry farm in the Nigeria successfully implemented a modern Deep Litter System for their Freedom Raising Chicken operation. The farm, designed to 5 houses, each house can raise 20,000 broilers. This system aligns with sustainable and welfare-focused farming practices, providing a spacious and comfortable environment for the chickens to move freely.
The farm is equipped with advanced automatic main stock line systems, automatic pan-feeding systems, automatic drinking systems, and a comprehensive environmental control system. These technologies ensure efficient feed distribution, clean drinking water, proper waste management, and precise control over temperature and humidity. The plastic flooring system offers durability and hygiene, preventing direct contact with waste and ensuring healthier living conditions for the birds.
OUKE provided a complete solution, including design, installation, and operational support. By integrating these modern technologies, the farm has significantly increased efficiency while maintaining high standards of animal welfare. This setup has enabled the farm to achieve consistent productivity, reduce labor costs, and create a healthier and more sustainable farming environment.
80,000 Modern Broiler Farm in Malaysia
This is a broiler turnkey project about 2 buildings of poultry house in Malaysia. The scale of this project is 80,000 broilers, and the customer plans to harvest a weight of 2kg.
We designed traditional heavyweight steel structure poultry shed and supplied full-set poultry equipment for this project.
And OUKE designed farm feed delivery system cross the farm included feed storage silo equipment and conveying system to each poultry house.
In each poultry house, we also designed and installed automatic pan feeder feeding system and nipple drinker watering system to satisfy the need of feeding and drinking.We designed ventilation program for each house based on client’s farming condition. So we installed 50″ box fan, controlled winching air inlet system and cooling system for client.
